Yoga & Sound Healing

Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word Yog which mean union, in the yogic philosophy, it would refer to the union between the mind, body and soul as well as the union with the cosmos.

For many centuries, Yoga was only available to a few selected disciples, it was taught orally by the yogis and had to be memorised by the students. There was no written material at the time.

Sound Healing is the practice that uses vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan tingsha and more to improve emotional and physical well-being.

The vibrations and the tones happen to slow down breathing, brain waves and heart rate, producing a deep sense of calm and overall well-being.
