Only child, I was born and brought up in a very small village in the south of France, from a French mother and an Italian father, I had a very happy and peaceful childhood, I grew up with nature around following the seasons and eating locally grown food.

When I turned 18, the fairytale abruptly ended when my father unexpectedly passed away. I moved to London a few months later. While grieving and searching for a way to alleviate my pain, I encountered Yoga, this sacred, ancestral way of life became my refuge, my salvation.

At age 22, I received my first passport and started traveling, my first destination was India, I travelled for a month on the west coast, from Mumbai to Kanyakumari, I fell in love with the complete opposite of everything that I had ever known, a culture, a religion and most of all a way of life.

The past 21 years, I have traveled the world, explored different countries, blended with local people, enriched my general knowledge and had the greatest experiences humanly wise, but I always return to India, to learn from a land holding some of the most ancient healing systems and teachings.

In 2016, I attended a Classical Yoga Teacher Training course at the Yoga Institute of Santacruz East in Mumbai, I had been practicing in London for many years but I was lacking the philosophy behind it.

When I returned, I embarked on an amazing journey at Ayurveda Pura Academy where I pursued and successfully completed further studies.

I joined a Vedic Meditation course at the London Meditation Centre.

I carried on studying various therapies, including Reiki, Sekhem, Sound Therapy, Journal Therapy, Family Constellations and more.

In 2021, after facing the second hardest time of my existence, I decided to redirect the course of my life and put my knowledge and lived experience to the service of others. I trained in mental health and domestic abuse and combined everything that I learned over the years. I became an ambassador in the field.

I worked for a mental health charity in the United Kingdom, in partnership with the National Health Service, as well as domestic abuse and end of life charities. I facilitated many therapeutic groups, using diverse holistic therapies, to support people in mainstream mental health environments, secondary schools and community centres.

I now work freelance, online and worldwide. I deliver one-to-ones and group sessions, workshops, courses, retreats in English, French and Spanish.

I am very passionate about sharing the teachings I have received and supporting everyone I meet along the way on their recovery journey
