Ayurveda

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest medical system, it means "the science of life", it originated in India more than 5000 years ago, , when the practice of Yoga was also developed and mastered.

Ayurveda is a way of life, it is used to prevent from any illnesses, maintain good health and balance between the body, mind and spirit as well as to cure many conditions. It looks at treating the cause of a disease rather than just the symptoms for a long term disease free internal system.

Yoga

Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word Yog which mean union, in the yogic philosophy, it would refer to the union between the mind, body and soul as well as the union with the cosmos.

For many centuries, Yoga was only available to a few selected disciples, it was taught verbally by the yogis and had to be memorised by the students. There was no written material at the time.

Sound Healing

It is the practice that uses vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan tingsha and more, to improve emotional and physical well-being.

The vibrations and the tones happen to slow down breathing, brain waves and heart rate, producing a deep sense of calm and overall well-being.

Reiki

“Rei” means universal wisdom and “Ki” means the life force energy.

Reiki is simply passed on by the gentle laying of hands at the main energy points on the body.

It is used to heal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances, promoting health and wellbeing.

The flow of Reiki through the nadis (channels) and energy centres (chakras), removes any blockages and restores balance into the body and the mind.

Sekhem

Sekhem Energy Healing is an ancient Egyptian energy healing modality that is channeled through the hands, in a similar manner to Reiki, to help realign, release and shift the blockages of energy around the body.

Family Constellation

The family constellations, also known as Systemic Constellations and Systemic Family Constellations is a technique developed by Bert Hellinger in the 1990s, it allows to shade light on family dysfunctions, to untangle them through simple exercises, and therefore heal inherited family and ancestral traumas.

Our family system and past generations are often the cause of our limiting beliefs, behaviours and sufferings.

Journal Therapy

Journal therapy offers a range of writing techniques to help you manage your life and your health.

Keeping a journal can be very useful in identifying what is causing you stress, anxiety or other emotions. Once you’ve identified your stressors, you can work on a plan to resolve the issue and reduce your stress. It can also be use to track any progress in general toward a new goal or project.

One of the ways to deal with any overwhelming emotion is to find a healthy way to express yourself. This makes a journal a helpful tool in managing your mental health.
